Prescription for Animosity: Despite the fact that Robin helped save Jason's life, Carly wishes the good doctor had stayed in Paris.
Digest: How would Carly assess Robin?
Laura Wright: "She hates Robin with a passion. Robin, as far as she's concerned, destroyed her life. If Robin died tomorrow, I don't think Carly would care. And she hates the fact that Jason and Sonny don't hate her [laughs], which makes Carly even more angry. Emily is a nuisance, but Robin, she hates.
Digest: Is it hard to play that since the two of you get along so well?
LW: It is hard because I really like Kimberly. She's so funny. When we first started working together, she said to me, "You're so nice, but you play this bitch so well [laughs]." But I love the history they have. I love what Robin did to Carly (by telling AJ that he, not Jason, was Michael's father).
Digest: How does Carly think her life would be different had Robin not spoken out?
LW: [She] would be happily married to Jason with the white picket fence if this friggin' doctor hadn't come and ruined it all for no other reason than because she was jealous. She ruined [Carly's] kid's life. Carly feels like Michael was kidnapped because of [Robin]. Anything that's gone bad was because of her. AJ would have never known. Carly's like, "Rot in hell with maggots eating your brain, I hate you so badly."
Digest: So, does Robin having HIV have no impact on Carly's feelings?
LW: Carly's not politically correct and she doesn't care. We had scenes where she told Patrick not to date Robin, and he asked if it was because she's HIV-positive, and Carly said, "No, because she's a bitch." I love the fact that she doesn't care.
Digest: Do you ever crack up on the set?
LW: I do it more with Natalia, because Natalia and I have worked together more. With Kimberly, we laugh before we get to taping, whereas Natalia and I laugh right after. Every time I see Kimberly, I'm like, "I have to say I'm sorry now because I'm going to be extremely rude later [laughs]."
