Who's that girl!?
Wright's GL debut included a surprise reunion with a high school classmate.
Laura Wright put her heart, soul and body into Cassie's recent strip-dancing routine, and it wasn't easy. "I had to strip in a club filled with 25 extras," she says, recalling her embarassment. "The dancing was choreographed and it was shot really well. I got tons of compliments, but I don't know if they were just being kind. She also got a surprise when she walked into wardrobe.
"I saw someone getting fitted in the corner for a suit so he could be a patron in the club, Teasers. It was a guy I went to high school with and who I did Our Town with," says Wright. "I said 'Oh my God!' and he said, 'I'm in the stripper scene. Do you know who's stripping?' I'm like 'Yeah, me.' It was funny. He was wonderful. He said I was so brave." She laughs.
