Kid Proof
When people say that GL is family-friendly they aren't kidding. Actors often bring their children to the studio. "My daughter, Lauren, loves it here. Its scary how much she likes it," shares Laura Wright (Cassie). "She'll go sit on the set - whether I'm there or not - and watch. She'll go and get her hair and makeup done. My son, John, hates it. He's destructive and just wants to play. He's also kind of shy. Once he feels comfortable in a situation, he'll giggle and laugh, but he doesn't necessarily warm up to situations as quickly as Lauren does,"
Although Laura admits that half of her mind is always at home with 5 year old daughter Lauren and 3 year old son John, she manages to get by with a live in nanny and husband John, who owns his business and can, when asked, work from home.
