Soap Stars Weigh in on dieting --- and reveal their slim-down success.

"Weight Watchers - because it's all about caloric intake. Cut your calories. You know what's right and what's wrong for you. It's behavior, its how you're raised, it's what you think is okay. Go buy salmon and learn how to make it. Go buy a steamer and steam some vegetables. Steam them with chicken broth; I steam all my vegetables with chicken broth. Don't go steam it then put the cheese on it, the broccoli with cheese. It doesn't work. Go get a jar of salsa, and if you want a baked potato, put salsa on it. Or when you want a piece of chicken, how can you make it fun? Put salsa on it. There are ways to make food that's healthy and good - that's yummy, without having to eat crap. And fried food, stay away from that. Period.

"I don't eat a lot of carbs. I don't think people should do that in general; because white flours aren't easy for your body to digest. They're not natural. All the crap we put in our bodies is absolutely insane. You don't need to eat white breads, you don't need to eat white flours. Yes, they're treats and they're fun every once in a while. I love a big bowl of mac and cheese or pasta. But you shouldn't do that all the time. When you have something like Thanksgiving, there is a diet thing on my table - because it's Thanksgiving, its Christmas, its Easter. I'm going to have a big dinner. But Monday through Friday? No. It's wrong. It's not good for you. And then you wonder why you look the way you look. I should probably stop there."
