More Than Just Another Pretty Face

What is beautiful to you?
Nature.
What feature do people most compliment you on?
My hair. It's just as much now as it was when it was longer. I can't imagine having long hair again. I just think this is so much more my personality. And I have not once, for one second, regretted it. I haven't for one second missed my long hair.
When do you feel most beautiful?
When I'm out at my country house, hanging out in the summertime in my bikini with my kids, going from the baby pool to the hot tub, and running around in the backyard with my kids. And then at the end of a nice summer day, when you've been baking in the sun and hanging outside, and you take that shower, you climb up on the couch and you're watching TV and the breeze from outside is coming in. Is there anything better than that?
Would you ever consider plastic surgery?
Oh, sure! I certainly can't say no now. But if I get to a point....whatever point that may be. Whatever age that may be. It's different for different people. You never say never.
Who is the most beautiful person you know, and why?
It has to be my kids and my husband. Because to me, they're everything. And they're the most beautiful things in my life. Everything else is sort of superficial, and can fade away or go away. But everything about my family--my daughter and my son and my husband--is real. And beautiful. And the most important thing in my life.
Who do you think is the most beautiful celebrity?
Jennifer Garner. Because she kicks ass on ALIAS. It's my favorite show on television. Did you see her at the Academy Awards? She looked beautiful. And in Daredevil, God, she looked gorgeous. I think she's beautiful.
What about your appearance do you think gives you character?
Well, two things. Probably, my personality. Which is your character, I would think. But what people tell me is my front teeth. I hate, hate, hate that they overlap. And I think I'll get them fixed, but everyone's like, "They're such character." No, they're crooked! But, people say they like that they're not perfect teeth. It's like when someone has a dimple on one side of their cheek but not the other. Or Madonna's gap between her teeth. It makes her different; it makes her her.
